2. Services
We provide AI automation, workflow deployment, and related solutions tailored to businesses.
Services are delivered based on the requirements you provide and may involve integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Meet, WhatsApp, Instagram, CRMs).
All AI solutions are deployed on your own cloud infrastructure (via n8n/custom setup).
3.Payments:
Payments are accepted through PayPal invoices.
By making a payment, you also agree to PayPal’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy: https://www.paypal.com/privacy.
We do not directly collect or store your financial details — all payments are processed securely through PayPal.
4.User Responsibilities:
When using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful business details and information.
Not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Ensure you have proper rights and permissions for any data you provide to us.
5.Intellectual Property
All AI solutions, workflows, and related intellectual property created by Vagle AI remain our property until full payment is received.
After successful payment and deployment, ownership of the customized workflows belongs to the client.
You may not resell, copy, or distribute our proprietary tools or solutions without prior written consent.
6.Access & Security:
After deployment, we do not access your workflows or business data unless you explicitly authorize us for support or troubleshooting.
We take reasonable security measures to protect your data but are not responsible for breaches or issues caused by third-party platforms or integrations.
7.Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments made through PayPal invoices are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds may only be considered if services have not been delivered as agreed.
Once AI workflows are deployed, no refunds will be issued.
